I am Karen Kelly, The proud owner of Landa Med Spa by Nurse KK. I’ve been lucky enough to be a well-respected Board-Certified Registered Nurse for almost 20 years. To say Nursing is a passion for me is an understatement. I’ve lived my entire life in the Greater Boston Area. I consider my biggest success in life is being a Mom to my four amazing boys who inspire me every day. I have experience in many areas of nursing, and that experience has helped me thrive and become well rounded and knowledgeable on most any issues that arise. What I truly thrive on, is making clients feel their best.
I have a vast understanding on a variety of factors that can affect our ever-changing appearance as we age. I strive to offer the most cutting edge, non-surgical beauty solutions with surgical looking results available. Constantly continuing my education is a passion of mine. This helps me to offer the most modern and cutting-edge beauty solutions on the market. I equally have a deep understanding of wellness and longevity and love watching clients transform how they are feeling in as short as an hour with any of our popular wellness IV’s. I love treating both men and women to help them feel like the best version of themselves without interrupting their natural beauty.
The clinic’s founder, Gabriela Landa, has been in business for over 18 years, and is proud to work with her husband, Dr. Raul Landa, to provide advanced treatments and medical-grade products to ensure the best possible outcomes. In addition to Gabriela and Dr. Landa, there are three licensed medical aestheticians on staff to perform services.
With flexible appointment scheduling for all services, including evening and weekend availability, clients can easily fit their desired services into their busy routines.
